Acceptance & Integration Training (AAIT™)
I specialize in an innovative practice called Acceptance and Integration Training. I find it to be highly effective to aid in healing. AAIT is not traditional talk therapy. We don’t have to spend much of our time exploring your struggles, we can dive right in to really working toward healing and growth utilizing techniques that are simple and effective.
